I stayed here for 6 nights, the hotel was romantic, with perfect and excellent location very close to a beautiful private garden area overlooking the hills, evening prayer far from the more touristy churches like St Chiara, and beautiful Assisi. Loved my reasonably large and well-appointed room with a 'large' garden and a bath, for instance.

I absolutely loved the charming and elegant decor of this hotel. The antique wood furniture and beautiful window treatments gave the place a romantic and cozy feel. It was a true oasis of peace in the city of Assisi. The general areas of the hotel, including the garden and sun terrace, were well-maintained and provided wonderful views of the surrounding area. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with easy access to the main sites and a comfortable and quiet environment to relax in.
I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the staff, especially for senior guests like myself. It would have been nice to have more support or guidance from the children working there, whether it be in terms of carrying luggage or providing helpful recommendations for local attractions.

The value for money at this small B&B was exceptional, and our room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and charming decor. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling central square, yet in a quiet position. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in terms of offering more variety and freshly prepared items.

Pros of Our Stay: Our room exceeded all expectations with its incredibly comfortable and cute design. We were pleasantly surprised by the fully equipped kitchenette and private garden where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were superb. The gentleman at the front office was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location at the edge of the center allowed for easy access to all attractions in just a few minutes' walk. The hidden escalator from the parking lot made it convenient to reach the hotel without climbing uphill. The period 13th-century building and modern interior amenities provided a unique blend of history and comfort. The staff was friendly and available to assist us. The delicious breakfast offered a wide selection of juices, cereals, meats, eggs, yogurt, and coffee. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, providing a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the evenings. The proximity to the town's sites, supermarket, and excellent restaurants made exploring convenient. The small church next to the residence offered a peaceful and less touristy place for prayer. The stable and excellent internet connection was a great bonus. The spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large shared room with a fireplace was perfect for our needs. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. The air conditioning in every room ensured our comfort. We definitely plan to return and highly recommend this place, especially for its gay-friendly environment. The location of the hotel provided the best view of our entire Italy trip, with a clear view of the church from our room. The staff, including Monica and Mr. Dante, were incredibly helpful and lovely. The proximity to all the city's attractions was a major plus. If we ever return to the city, we will definitely book here again.
